Discussing Gap Competencies, UPNVJ Prepares Competent Graduates

In order to find out the current needs for quality graduates, UPN Veteran Jakarta in a series of leadership meetings discussed Gap Competencies in Nusantara Room 1, on Monday (08/07/19).

In his discussion, he emphasized what the university is preparing to produce graduates who can compete in the current digital 4.0 era. He also conveyed what stages must be passed by graduates to enter the job stage "The ideal graduation stages to get a decent job today are job search, apply for a job, negotiate offer (salary negotiation) , and perform at job"

In this case the Chancellor of UPN Veterans Jakarta Erna Hernawati also said Gap_Competencies_(4).jpeg describes the curriculum changes that will be made at UPN Veteran Jakarta so that they can adjust the learning model in the 4.0 industrial revolution era and the concept of change for new students” he said in front of the Faculty Deans.

This discussion was carried out with the aim of changing the curriculum to adapt to the current or future era and to improve the quality of graduates who are competent and can compete in the industrial world.
